Our Mission

Pottstown Heritage Group aims to preserve, restore, and revitalize the historically marginalized and under developed African-American community of Pottstown (located in Huntersville, NC ) by building a strong sense of community, awareness, and collective action.

Our Vision

Our vision is to maintain the rich history of Pottstown by making sure residents can age in place, advocate to build the community infrastructure and neighborhoods around them and eliminate gentrification.

We are proud to have received the United Way Neighborhood Grant. This has helped us spearhead the work we are achieving in the Pottstown Community.
